How do I insert a blank page?

Click "+ Blank at End" to add a blank A4 page at the end. When one page is selected, "Blank Before" and "Blank After" appear for precise placement. Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+B adds a blank page at the end.

How do I insert pages from another PDF?

Click "Insert PDF at End" to add to the end. With one page selected, "Insert PDF Before/After" buttons appear for precise placement. Newly inserted pages keep their original rotation and stay highlighted in yellow.

How do I rotate a single page?

Click the rotate button (↻) on any thumbnail. Each click rotates 90° clockwise.

How do I preview a page in detail?

Double‑click any thumbnail to open a large preview. Click × or outside to close.

Can I select multiple pages?

Hold Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) while clicking thumbnails. Then rotate, delete, or extract them together.

What does "Extract Selected" do?

Creates a new PDF with only the selected pages (rotations preserved). The downloaded file will be named like "OriginalName_extracted.pdf".

What will my downloaded file be named?

The full organized PDF is named "OriginalName_organized.pdf". Extracted pages are named "OriginalName_extracted.pdf".

Is my PDF data private?

Absolutely. All processing happens in your browser – no files are uploaded to any server.

Is there a file size or page limit?

For best performance, stay under 200 pages and 200MB. Very large files may be slow.

Can I undo an action?

Yes! Press Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo insertions, deletions, rotations, and reordering. You can undo multiple steps.

How do I rearrange pages?

Simply drag any thumbnail left or right. For multiple pages, select them first, then drag any selected thumbnail. The reordering is instant and does not cause flickering or scrolling.
