• Company name, registered address, HR administrator details
• Employee name, email, phone, designation, department, role
• GPS location data during check-in/check-out (attendance)
• Leave records, attendance history, salary-related data
• Payment details (processed securely via Razorpay)

B. Desktop Tool Buyers

• Name, email address, Machine ID (unique hardware identifier)
• Payment reference (Razorpay ID / UTR)
• Used solely to generate and deliver license keys

C. Free Web & Powered Tool Users

• No personal data collected — all processing happens in your browser
• Files are never uploaded to our servers
• Basic anonymous analytics may be collected (page visits, browser type)

D. Contact & Support

• Name, email, message content when you contact us
• Correspondence records for support purposes

• To operate and maintain NovaHR and other SaaS products
• To process payments and generate invoices
• To deliver license keys for desktop tools
• To send transactional emails (account creation, password reset, payment confirmation)
• To provide customer support and resolve issues
• To improve our products based on usage patterns
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card details, UPI ID, or bank information on our servers. Razorpay shares only the payment confirmation (name, email, payment ID) with us to verify transactions.

Their use of your data is governed by the Razorpay Privacy Policy.

• NovaHR data is stored on secured VPS servers hosted in India
• All communication is encrypted using SSL/TLS
• MongoDB database with authentication and access controls
• GPS location data is used only for attendance verification and not shared
• Desktop tool licenses are encrypted and tied to your Machine ID
• We implement industry-standard security practices to prevent unauthorized access

We use only essential cookies for session security and basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies without your consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

• NovaHR data: Retained as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request.
• Desktop tool licenses: Retained for support purposes for 2 years
• Payment records: Retained by Razorpay per their policy; we retain invoice copies for 7 years as per Indian tax law
• Support correspondence: Retained for 1 year after resolution

You have the right to:
