Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
• By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Businesses using NovaHR must be legally registered entities in India
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software
• Use our services to store or transmit malicious code
• Misuse the NovaHR platform to store false employee records
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use our free tools for any illegal or harmful activity

• Trial Period: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card required during trial.
• Subscription: After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using NovaHR.
• Grace Period: A 7-day grace period is provided after subscription expiry before account suspension.
• Data: You own your company data. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
• Multi-tenant: Data is isolated per company — your data is never shared with other companies.
• Termination: You may terminate your account at any time. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

• Each license is valid for one machine (identified by Machine ID)
• Licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated
• You may not share, resell, or sublicense the software
• License keys are generated based on your Machine ID and email
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses found to be misused

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after the grace period
• All invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email

• All TradeNovaTech products, code, designs, and content are our intellectual property
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services
• You retain ownership of all data you upload or input into our systems
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand names may not be used without written permission

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Results obtained from our tools will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected immediately

Trading tools and stock analysis are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TradeNovaTech shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Any financial decisions made based on our trading tools

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
